who we are
masha. scouting agency connects models (women & men), mother agencies and booking agencies. You can reach us at info@mashascout.com, on WhatsApp at +1 959 500 9611 or on Instagram at @scoutingmasha.
this website
mashascout.com has no sign-up and no tracking cookies. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser to deliver and protect the site, and gives us anonymous visit counts. When you send an application, one strictly necessary cookie (apply_up) lets your photos upload; it lasts 30 minutes and is removed when you finish.
when you contact us
If you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, or email us, we use what you send — your name, age, measurements, contact details, photos and portfolio links — only to reply to you and, with your agreement, to present you to agencies. A model who has a mother agency is always handled through that agency. We never sell personal information.
WhatsApp and Instagram are run by Meta, which carries those messages under Meta's privacy policy.
the agency index
Our agency index lists modeling agencies' business contact details — name, website and public email — as each agency publishes them on its own website. These agencies are not our partners. To correct or remove a listing, email info@mashascout.com.
when you apply
On our application form you choose placement, listing or booking and send us your name, contact details, date of birth, nationality, where you live, your mother agency (if you have one), your measurements, photos or photo links, and what you're looking for (cities, dates, job types, visas). If you're 16 or 17 we also ask for a parent or guardian's name and contact details. We never ask for your weight.
We use this only to review your application and, with your OK, to present you to the agencies that match what you asked for. If you have a mother agency, we always contact it first. For 16–17-year-olds, nothing is shared with any agency until we have spoken with your guardian.
While you fill in the form, your answers (never your photos) are saved on your own device so you can continue later; they're removed when you send, and nothing is saved if you're under 16.
Your answers and photos are stored in the European Union (Cloudflare, encrypted) and seen only by the masha. team. Your photos are shrunk on your own device before upload, which also removes hidden data such as location.
How long we keep it: an application you don't finish is deleted after 24 hours. If we can't work together now, your application is deleted 6 months after we close it — or after 24 months if you ticked "keep my application". You can ask us to delete it at any time: email info@mashascout.com.
accounts on my.mashascout.com
Models, mother agencies and booking agencies can sign in at my.mashascout.com. We keep your email, your name and — for agencies — your agency's details (name, city, website, Instagram, contact person and phone). There are no passwords: we email you a sign-in code, and keep only a scrambled form of it for 10 minutes. Signing in sets one strictly necessary cookie (__Host-masha_s) that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days; signing out removes it. Agencies are checked by the masha. team before they can do more than fill in their profile.
mother agency boards
An approved mother agency can put its models on a public board page (mashascout.com/board/…), which anyone can see and search engines can index. The board page shows each model's first name, height and measurements, hair, eyes, shoe size, what they're available for, and their photos — never the surname, date of birth, age or contact details. The agency confirms it has each model's permission.
Privately, the agency also gives us each model's surname and date of birth (to check age), and for models aged 16 or 17 a parent or guardian's name and email. These are seen only by the agency and the masha. team, stored in the European Union (Cloudflare, encrypted). We use the guardian's email only for the email we send them asking to confirm; a 16–17-year-old is shown only after the guardian confirms through the link in it, and their photos are marked so search engines don't index them.
How long we keep it: a model stays on the board until the agency or masha. removes them. A model can be removed from the board at any time — write to the agency or to info@mashascout.com. When a model is removed, their details and photos are deleted straight away.
enquiries between agencies
Approved booking agencies can send enquiries about models on a board. An enquiry and its replies are seen by the two agencies involved, and masha. can read them to help and to keep track of the work masha. brings. We email the agencies a short "new enquiry" or "new message" note with a link — never the message itself.
instagram posts and ads
We publish posts and stories on @scoutingmasha and promote some of them as ads through Meta. Meta delivers and measures those ads under Meta's privacy policy. We only receive totals, such as how many people an ad reached and how many clicked; we do not receive the identities of the people who saw it.
where it is kept, and for how long
Our own tools run on Cloudflare in the European Union. We keep your messages and portfolio details only as long as we need them to represent you, and delete them when you ask.

To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email info@mashascout.com. We reply within 3 working days.
young models
We work with models from age 16. Models aged 16–17 need a parent or guardian's consent, and we speak with them too.

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
